偏瘫型脑瘫患儿综合康复治疗后疗效分析

【摘要】：目的分析与比较综合康复治疗对于不同儿童的运动能力与智力的治疗效果。方法选取2012年1月—2014年1月间在温州育英儿童医院接受综合康复医治的偏瘫型脑瘫患儿共计69名,将患儿分为2组:对照组34例仅接受传统手段进行康复治疗,试验组35例接受综合康复治疗,对比他们在接受综合康复治疗前后智力水平与行动能力的变化。结果对照组患儿动作能发育商为(54.78±27.37)分,明显低于试验组患儿的(67.24±26.34)分,P0.05;对照组治疗后的应物能、语言能、应人能发育商分别为(54.38±9.23)、(55.08±9.37)、(53.87±26.12)分,明显低于试验组的(65.24±8.34)、(67.24±26.34)、(66.19±25.54)分,P0.05;接受综合康复治疗的脑瘫患儿运动能力与智力水平的恢复优于接受传统康复治疗的患儿,差异存在统计学意义(P0.05)。此外,统计结果还表明智力水平轻度缺陷及以下的患儿行动能恢复效果优于智力水平中度、重度、极重度缺陷的患儿,行动水平轻度缺陷及以下的患儿智力水平恢复效果优于行动能力中度、重度、极重度缺陷的患儿,首次接受治疗时间在6个月以下的患儿治疗效果显著优于首次接受治疗时间在6个月以上的患儿。结论综合康复治疗能够有效地促进偏瘫型脑性瘫痪患儿的智力水平与行动能力的恢复,应当更加广泛地应用于临床的康复治疗中。越早接受康复治疗越能够得到更有效的治疗结果,因此患有偏瘫型脑瘫疾病的患者家长应尽早带孩子接受综合康复治疗。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze and compare the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for children of different sports ability and intelligence treatment. Methods from January 2012 to January 2014 in Wenzhou children's Hospital Yuying accept the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegic cerebral palsy children a total of 69, children were divided into 2 groups: 34 cases in the control group only received conventional means of rehabilitation therapy, test group 35 patients received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, comparing them to accept the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment before and after the level of intelligence and action ability changes. In addition, the statistical results also show that the level of intelligence and the children with mild defects following action can be recovered better than the intelligence level of moderate, severe and extremely severe defects with mild defects and below the level of action the level of intelligence in children recovered better than the action ability of moderate, severe and extremely severe defects in children, the first treatment time in children with treatment under 6 months was significantly higher than that of the first treatment time in more than 6 months of children. Conclusion the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can effectively promote hemiplegia in children with cerebral palsy with intelligence and action the ability of recovery, should be more widely used in rehabilitation clinic. Earlier rehabilitation therapy is able to obtain more effective treatment. Therefore, the parents of the patients with hemiplegic cerebral palsy should take their children to receive comprehensive rehabilitation therapy as early as possible.
