血尿酸水平对急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复的影响

【摘要】：目的观察血尿酸水平对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法选择急性脑梗死患者102例,根据其血尿酸水平分为高尿酸组(52例)和正常组(50例)。采用神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)和改良Rankin量表(MRS)评估两组患者的神经功能恢复情况,同时检测入院后2周内患者的血尿酸水平变化。结果高尿酸组治疗2周NIHSS评分、治疗6个月MRS评分和预后不良发生率均明显低于正常组(P0.05),高尿酸组的好转率明显高于正常组(69.2%vs 50.0%,P0.05)。治疗第2天,出现好转和无好转患者的血尿酸水平均明显低于治疗前(P0.05),且好转患者的血尿酸水平低于无好转者(P0.05)。结论血清高尿酸患者的神经功能恢复和预后相对较好,可适当补充尿酸以提高疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of serum uric acid level on nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected. According to the level of serum uric acid, 52 cases were divided into hyperuricemia group (n = 52) and normal group (n = 50). To evaluate the recovery of nerve function in both groups. At the same time, the changes of serum uric acid level were detected within 2 weeks after admission. Results the NIHSS score of hyperuricemia group was 2 weeks after treatment. The MRS score and the incidence of poor prognosis in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the normal group (P 0.05), and the improvement rate in the high uric acid group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (69.2 vs 50.0%). On the second day of treatment, the levels of uric acid in patients with improvement and no improvement were significantly lower than those before treatment (P 0.05). The level of serum uric acid in the patients with improvement was lower than that in the patients without improvement (P 0.05). Conclusion the recovery of nerve function and prognosis of patients with serum hyperuricemia are relatively good, which can be improved by appropriate supplementation of uric acid.
