高血压糖尿病合并脑出血患者血糖水平控制对并发症发生率的影响

【摘要】：目的研究血糖水平控制对高血压糖尿病合并脑出血患者并发症发生率的影响。方法选取我院2013年4月至2015年3月收治的85例高血压糖尿病合并脑出血患者,按血糖控制情况分为两组:A组为血糖控制良好(43例),B组为血糖控制不良(42例)。分析和比较两组的血压情况及并发症发生率、死亡率。结果治疗前,两组最高收缩压、最高舒张压、最低收缩压、最低舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后两组血压均有所下降,但A组下降幅度较大,趋于正常水平;两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);A组的并发症发生率和死亡率分别为20.9%、4.7%,显著低于B组的47.6%、19.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对高血压糖尿病合并脑出血患者进行血糖控制可以改善患者的血压水平,降低并发症发生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of blood glucose level control on the incidence of complications in patients with hypertensive diabetes mellitus complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 85 patients with hypertensive diabetes mellitus complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage were selected from April 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital. According to the blood glucose control condition, the two groups were divided into two groups: group A: 43 cases with good blood glucose control and group B 42 cases with poor blood glucose control. The blood pressure, complications and mortality were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results before treatment, the highest systolic blood pressure was found in the two groups. The highest diastolic blood pressure, the lowest systolic blood pressure and the lowest diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference between the two groups. There were significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of complications and mortality in group A (20.9%), which was significantly lower than that in group B (47.6%). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Blood glucose control is performed in patients with hypertensive diabetes mellitus complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage. Can improve patients' blood pressure, Reduce the incidence of complications.
