醒脑静注射液在高血压脑出血患者微创血肿清除术后康复中的应用效果观察

【摘要】：目的观察醒脑静注射液在高血压脑出血患者微创血肿清除术后的应用效果,并探讨其机制。方法将108例急性高血压脑出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。两组均接受微创血肿清除术治疗,术后接受常规康复治疗。观察组加用醒脑静注射液静滴,1次/d,共4周。比较两组的临床疗效和治疗前后神经功能评分,检测两组治疗前后血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、TNF-α、IL-6。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.4%,显著高于对照组的72.2%(P0.05)。两组治疗后神经功能评分较治疗前均显著下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P均0.05)。两组治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-6和hs-CRP水平均较治疗前显著下降,且观察组以上各指标均低于对照组(P均0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者微创血肿清除术后应用醒脑静注射液静滴疗效确切,能够改善患者神经功能,其机制可能与降低TNF-α、IL-6和hs-CRP水平有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Xingnaojing injection on minimally invasive hematoma removal in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and to explore its mechanism. Methods 108 patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 54 cases in each group were treated with minimally invasive hematoma clearance and routine rehabilitation after operation. The observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection intravenously for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and neurological function score before and after treatment were compared. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.2%, P 0.05). After treatment, the neurological function score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group. The serum levels of TNF- 伪 IL-6 and hs-CRP were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05), and the levels of TNF- 伪 IL-6 and hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment. The above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the effect of intravenous drip of Xingnaojing injection in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive hematoma removal is effective and can improve the neurological function of the patients. The mechanism may be related to the reduction of TNF- 伪 IL-6 and hs-CRP levels.
