脑卒中患者幽门螺杆菌感染的危险因素分析及对策

【摘要】:目的探讨脑卒中患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的危险因素以及相应对策,以降低脑卒中患者Hp的感染率。方法选择2012年1月-2015年10月在医院接受治疗的300例脑卒中患者,对所有患者进行血清Hp抗体检测及14 C-UBT呼气试验,并应用自拟问卷调查的方式对相关因素进行分析。结果 300例脑卒中患者Hp感染179例,感染率为59.67%;经logistic回归分析,年龄≥65岁、饭后不经常刷牙漱口、无抗Hp治疗、有胃镜检查史、有慢性胃炎史、有胃溃疡史为脑卒中患者Hp感染的独立危险因素。结论积极有效的预防措施可降低Hp的感染率,避免脑卒中患者病情的进一步恶化。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the risk factors and corresponding countermeasures of HP infection in stroke patients, and to reduce HP infection rate in stroke patients. Methods 300 stroke patients who were treated in hospital from January 2012 to October 2015 were selected. All patients were tested for HP antibody and 14C-UBT breath test, and the related factors were analyzed by self-designed questionnaire.
