【摘要】：正1病例资料患者吴某,男性,49岁,大学学历,主因"言语理解不能、交流困难1月"于2015年8月19日入我院。2015年7月19日患者突发口齿不清,言语含糊,反应迟钝。外院头颅MRI确诊"左侧颞顶枕新发脑梗死",收入院,按"脑梗死"抗血小板及活血化瘀治疗。7月24日患者突发意识不清倒地,左侧肢体不能活动,复查头颅MRI示"右侧颞枕顶叶交界区新发梗死,累及侧脑室旁、基底核,左侧颞顶枕叶多发出血性梗死",
[Abstract]:Case 1 patient Wu Mou, a 49-year-old male with a college degree, was admitted to our hospital on August 19, 2015, mainly because of "unable to understand speech, difficult to communicate in January". On July 19, 2015, the patient suddenly became inarticulate and his words were vague. The patient was diagnosed as "new cerebral infarction of left temporal parietal occipital" by MRI, admitted to our hospital and treated by "cerebral infarction" for anti-platelet and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. On July 24th, the patient was suddenly unconscious and could not move his left limb. MRI showed that "multiple hemorrhagic infarction occurred in the right temporo-occipital-parietal junction, involving paraventricular, basal nucleus and left temporoparietal occipital lobe."
