中西医结合在基底节区脑出血治疗中的效果观察

【摘要】：目的探讨中西医结合治疗基底节区脑出血的效果及对生存质量的影响。方法按随机数字表法将我院收治的78例基底节区脑出血患者均分成常规组与研究组,前者予以常规西医治疗,后者采取中西医结合治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的总有效率(97.4%)高于常规组(84.6%),差异显著(P0.05);研究组患者的ADL评分比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对基底节区脑出血患者采取中西医结合治疗疗效显著,且可改善患者的生存质量,值得大力推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage and its effect on quality of life.Methods Seventy-eight patients with basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The former was treated with routine western medicine and the latter was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Results the total effective rate of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the routine group (P 0.05), and the ADL score of the study group was higher than that of the routine group (P 0.05).Conclusion the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia area with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is effective and can improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth popularizing.
