心房颤动老年患者缺血性脑卒中危险因素分析

【摘要】：目的探讨心房颤动(房颤)老年患者缺血性脑卒中的危险因素。方法选取2013年2月~2015年2月我院确诊的132例房颤老年患者的临床资料进行分析,结合CT和MRI技术诊断其是否伴随缺血性脑卒中,将其分为对照组(单纯房颤患者)69例和观察组(房颤伴有缺血性脑卒中)63例,分析引起缺血性脑卒中发生的危险因素。结果房颤并发缺血性脑卒中老年患者与年龄(χ~2=9.791,P=0.001)、高血压病(χ~2=4.859,P=0.027)、2型糖尿病(χ~2=7.283,P=0.007)、持续性房颤(χ~2=15.230,P=0.000)、颈动脉斑块(χ~2=8.508,P=0.004)、左心房扩大(χ~2=8.340,P=0.004)有关。经多因素Logistic回归模型分析可知,年龄≥70岁、高血压病、2型糖尿病、持续性房颤、颈动脉斑块及左心房扩大为房颤缺血性脑卒中老年患者的独立危险因素。结论高龄、高血压病、2型糖尿病、持续性房颤、颈动脉斑块及左心房扩大是影响房颤老年患者缺血性脑卒中的危险因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk factors of ischemic stroke in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation (AF).Methods the clinical data of 132 elderly patients with atrial fibrillation from February 2013 to February 2015 were analyzed, and CT and MRI techniques were used to diagnose whether they were accompanied by ischemic stroke.They were divided into control group (69 patients with atrial fibrillation) and observation group (63 patients with atrial fibrillation and ischemic stroke).
