依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死大鼠的疗效和安全性评价

【摘要】：目的:评价依达拉奉联合丹红注射液对急性脑梗死(ACI)大鼠的疗效和安全性。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、依达拉奉组、丹红注射液组、依达拉奉联合丹红注射液组(联合用药组),采用线栓法制作大鼠左侧大脑中动脉脑缺血(MCAO)模型,除假手术组外,每组按不同时间点(1、3、5、7d)分为4个亚组,观察比较各组大鼠各时相的疗效评价指标(神经功能缺损评分、脑组织梗死体积、脑组织含水量、脑组织形态学改变)及安全性评价指标。结果:与模型组比较,假手术组各项疗效评价指标数值均存在显著差异(P0.05,P0.01);与其他用药组比较,模型组各项疗效评价指标及部分安全性评价指标数值均存在显著差异(P0.05,P0.01);依达拉奉组与丹红组比较,各项疗效评价指标及安全性指标数值无显著差异;各单药组与联合用药组比较,各项疗效指标数值存在显著性差异(P0.05),尤以联合用药组第5、7天差异最为显著(P0.01)。结论:依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗ACI疗效优于单用依达拉奉或丹红注射液,且治疗效果可靠安全,并且随治疗时间延长,对脑梗死的改善作用越明显。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Edaravone combined with Danhong injection in acute cerebral infarction (ACI) rats.Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group, Edaravone group, Dan Hong injection group and Edaravone combined with Danhong injection group.In addition to sham operation group, each group was divided into 4 subgroups according to different time points for 5 days. The evaluation indexes (neurological deficit score, cerebral infarct volume, water content of brain tissue) were observed and compared in each group.Brain histomorphology) and safety evaluation index.Results: compared with the model group, there were significant differences between the sham-operation group and the other groups.There were significant differences in the value of each curative effect evaluation index and part of safety evaluation index between the model group and the Edaravone group, but there was no significant difference between the Edaravone group and the Dan Hong group.There was significant difference between each single drug group and the combined treatment group, especially in the combined treatment group on the 7th day (P 0.01).Conclusion: Edaravone combined with Danhong injection is superior to Edaravone or Danhong injection in the treatment of ACI, and the effect of Edaravone and Danhong injection is reliable and safe, and the improvement of cerebral infarction is more obvious with the prolongation of treatment time.
