偏头痛与脑梗死关系的研究进展

【摘要】：偏头痛与脑梗死是临床上常见的两种神经血管性疾病,他们具有共同潜在的病理生理过程。偏头痛与脑梗死风险增高有关,并且被认为是特定群体中脑梗死的独立危险因素。偏头痛和脑梗死之间的关系是复杂的、相互的、受多种因素影响的,但这种潜在关系的机制尚不十分明确。本文将从皮质扩散性抑制、遗传关联、内皮功能障碍、凝血功能障碍及偏头痛药物相关性脑梗死几个方面来阐述偏头痛与脑梗死之间的关系。
[Abstract]:Migraine and cerebral infarction are two common neurovascular diseases which have common pathophysiological processes.Migraine is associated with an increased risk of cerebral infarction and is considered an independent risk factor for middle cerebral infarction in a particular population.The relationship between migraine and cerebral infarction is complex, mutual, and affected by many factors, but the mechanism of this potential relationship is not very clear.In this paper, the relationship between migraine and cerebral infarction is discussed from the aspects of cortical diffusion inhibition, genetic association, endothelial dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction and migraine drug-related cerebral infarction.
