氧化应激与帕金森老年患者运动功能的关系

【摘要】:目的探究氧化应激对帕金森老年患者运动功能的影响。方法选取50例帕金森患者(实验组)、50例身体健康者(对照组),检测Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)不同分级患者和对照组血清微量元素以及血浆内与氧化应激相关的指标含量,包括丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH),观察实验组中患者的上述指标与其所处HY分级之间的关系。结果对照组血清内铜、锌的平均含量高于实验组,铅含量低于实验组;血浆内MDA平均含量低于实验组,SOD与GSH高于实验组;上述差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。实验组患者中,H-Y1级8例,H-Y2级13例,H-Y3级17例,H-Y≥4级12例;患者所处Hoehn-Yahr分级与其血浆内MAD含量呈显著正相关,与SOD、GSH含量呈显著负相关(P0.05)。结论随着疾病发展,帕金森病症患者机体的抗氧化应激能力越来越差,运动障碍越严重。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of oxidative stress on motor function in Parkinson's elderly patients. Methods 50 patients with Parkinson's disease (experimental group, 50 healthy persons) were selected to detect serum trace elements and plasma levels related to oxidative stress in patients with different grades of Hoehn-Yahrrrhium (control group) and control group (control group). Including malondialdehyde (MDA) MDAA, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH). The relationship between the above indexes and the HY grade of the patients in the experimental group was observed. Results the average contents of copper and zinc in serum of the control group were higher than that of the experimental group, the lead content was lower than that of the experimental group, and the average content of MDA in the plasma was lower than that in the experimental group and GSH was higher than that in the experimental group.
