颈髓原发性恶性黑色素瘤一例

【摘要】：正患者女,59岁。3个月前无明显诱因出现左上肢麻木,无发热、恶心、头痛、头晕等症状。2周前患者左上肢麻木症状加重,伴颈部左侧疼痛,站立位持续性钝痛,无放射性痛,平卧位好转,于当地医院按"颈椎病"治疗,具体不详,患者症状未见好转。2天前外院MRI检查提示"C_(1~2)椎体后方颈髓占位"。体检:全身皮肤及黏膜未见黑色素瘤样病变,四肢肌力Ⅳ级,病理征阴性。
