帕金森病与血尿酸水平的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:通过对新疆维吾尔族(维族)和汉族帕金森病患者血尿酸水平的检测,研究新疆维族和汉族PD是否与血尿酸有相关性,民族、性别、病情发展、病程是否影响PD患者血尿酸水平。方法:从2011年9月-2013年9月收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院神经内科住院病128例,汉族(68)例,维族(60)例。按性别、年龄相差±5岁相匹配原则选择健康体检者及志愿者作为对照组144例,汉族(74)例,维族(70)例;两组均抽取晨起空腹静脉血3-5ml行血尿酸检查,最终将数据进行统计分析比较。结果:1.维族、汉族两民族PD组血尿酸浓度低于维族、汉族两民族对照组血尿酸浓度,维族t=7.85,P=0.006;汉族t=8.10,P=0.005均有统计学差异;2.维族PD组男性,女性尿酸浓度分别为291±46.5,269±30.9,t=2.08,P=0.056,无统计学差异;对照组男性,女性血尿酸浓度350±30,320±30.13,t=1.96,P=0.06无统计学差异。汉族PD组男性,女性血尿酸浓度293±48.8,270±32.9,t=1.72,P=0.09无统计学差异;对照组男性,女性血尿酸浓度348±31.15,325±33.25,t=-1.87,P=0.053,无统计学差异。3.维族PD组血尿酸浓度随Hoehn-Yahr分级逐渐降低,第0-Ⅰ级与Ⅳ级血尿酸浓度分别为301±46.83,217±23.87,F=6.99,P=0.012,有统计学差异,余亚组间无统计学差异;汉族PD组血尿酸浓度随Hoehn-Yahr分级逐渐降低,第0-Ⅰ级与Ⅳ级血尿酸浓度分别为298±28.95,213±40.44F=13.26,P=0.015,有统计学差异;余亚组间无统计学差异。4.维族PD组患者在病程的各阶段的血尿酸浓度(F=5.3;P=0.08),无统计学差异;汉族PD组患者在病程的各阶段的血尿酸浓度差异(F=5.1;P=0.79),无统计学差异。结论:血尿酸降低可能是PD的危险因素,与民族、性别、病程无相关性,可能与饮食习惯、生活环境等因素有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the correlation between PD and serum uric acid in Uygur and Han patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) in Xinjiang Uygur nationality and Han nationality. Whether the course of disease affects the level of uric acid in PD patients. Methods: from September 2011 to September 2013, 128 cases of neurologic diseases, 68 cases of Han nationality and 60 cases of Uygur nationality in Department of Neurology, the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, were collected. According to the matching principle of sex and age difference of 卤5 years, 144 healthy persons and volunteers were selected as control group, 74 cases of Han nationality and 70 cases of Uygur nationality. Finally, the data are statistically analyzed and compared. The result is 1: 1. The concentration of uric acid in PD group of Uygur nationality and Han nationality was lower than that in Uygur nationality. There was no significant difference in uric acid concentration between male and female in Uygur PD group (291 卤46.5269 卤30.9t), but there was no significant difference in serum uric acid concentration between male and control group (350 卤30320 卤30.13). There was no significant difference in serum uric acid concentration between male and female in PD group (293 卤48.8270 卤32.9) and control group (348 卤31.15325 卤33.25). The serum uric acid concentration in Uygur PD group decreased gradually with the Hoehn-Yahr grade, the concentration of uric acid in grade 0- 鈪,
