【摘要】：正患者,女,38岁,因四肢麻木乏力1月余于2016年2月27日入院。既往史:1年前于当地医院就诊发现右侧附件区包块(考虑畸胎瘤可能性大),未行特殊处理。患者1月余前(2016年1月)无明显诱因出现左上肢麻木感,后逐渐出现右上肢、双下肢及腰腹部麻木感,伴胸腰部束带感,四肢乏力,大小便困难,当地医院诊断为急性脊髓炎,予静脉注射人免疫球蛋白、激素冲击治疗后,四肢麻
[Abstract]:The patient, 38 years old, was admitted to hospital on February 27, 2016, due to numbness and weakness in her limbs. Past history: the right adnexal mass was found at the local hospital one year ago (considering the possibility of teratoma, no special treatment was given. The patient had no obvious inducement to develop left upper limb numbness before 1 month (January 2016), followed by right upper limb, lower extremity and waist and abdomen numbness, accompanied by chest and waist band, weakness of limbs, difficulty in defecation and urination, and was diagnosed as acute myelitis in local hospital.
