烟雾病患者血清中MMP-9及TIMP-1的表达及与颅内出血间关系研究

【摘要】:目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinases-9,MMP-9)及组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(tissue inhibitor of metalioproteinases-1,TIMP-1)在烟雾病(moyamoya disease, MMD)患者血清中的表达及与颅内出血关系。 方法:从我院选取2012年1月至2013年10月被确诊为烟雾病的患者47例,根据有无出血分组为出血组及无出血组,分别为26例、21例。并选取年龄及性别匹配的健康者25名作为对照组,分别对各组血清中MMP-9、TIMP-1水平进行测定。 结果:出血、无出血烟雾病患者组血清中MMP-9、TIMP-1水平均高于正常对照组,差别有统计学意义(P0.01);出血组与非出血组血清中MMP-9、TIMP-1水平差别均无统计学意义(P0.05),但出血组MMP-9与TIMP-1之比(MMP-9/TIMP-1)高于无出血组,,且差别有统计学意义(P0.05);出血组、无出血组血清中TIMP-1与MMP-9水平均呈正相关。 结论:MMP-9可能与烟雾病的发生、发展有密切关系。MMP-9与TIMP-1两者比例失衡可能是引起烟雾病患者颅内出血的重要机制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalioproteinases-1 (TIMP-1) in patients with moyamoya disease (MMDD) and its relationship with intracranial hemorrhage. Methods: from January 2012 to October 2013, 47 patients with moyamoya disease were selected from our hospital. There were 26 patients with moyamoya disease and 21 patients without bleeding. The serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were measured in 25 age-matched healthy subjects as control group. Results: the serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in patients with haemorrhage and no haemorrhagic moyamoya disease were higher than those in normal controls. There was no significant difference in the levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 between bleeding group and non-bleeding group, but the ratio of MMP-9 / TIMP-1 in bleeding group was higher than that in non-bleeding group (P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum TIMP-1 and MMP-9 levels in no bleeding group. Conclusion the ratio of MMP-9 to TIMP-1 may be closely related to the occurrence of moyamoya disease. The imbalance between MMP-9 and TIMP-1 may be an important mechanism of intracranial hemorrhage in patients with moyamoya disease.
