老年脑血管病患者心理状况与社会支持水平相关性

【摘要】：目的探讨老年脑血管病患者心理状态与社会支持水平的关系,为老年脑血管疾病患者的心理干预提供参考。方法采用简单随机抽样方法抽取2016年10月—2017年3月老年脑血管病患者114例,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、正性负性情绪量表(PANAS)、中国老年人主观幸福感量表(CESWS)评价调查对象心理状况,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评价调查对象社会支持水平,并采用Pearson相关分析评价二者的相关性。结果老年脑血管病患者SAS评分(67.34±5.43)分、SDS评分(52.37±4.87)分,PANAS正性情绪评分(23.45±4.38)分,负性情绪评分(29.54±4.21)分;CESWS自我完满感评分(24.27±4.43)分,生活满足感评分(30.36±7.65)分;家庭适意感评分(17.34±3.23)分;客观支持(8.23±3.26)分,主观支持(12.32±5.32)分,对支持利用度(7.03±2.11)分,总分(25.49±6.23)分;老年脑血管病患者SDS、负性情绪评分与主观支持评分(r值分别为-0.563、-0.573)及总分(r值分别为-0.537、-0.602)呈明显负相关(P0.01),正性情绪、自我完满感、家庭适意感、生活满足感评分与主观支持评分(r值分别为0.614、0.403、0.416、0.446)及总分(r分别为0.517、0.424、0.421、0.416)呈明显正相关(P0.01);仅自我完满感与客观支持评分(r=-0.312,P0.05)呈正相关。结论老年脑血管病患者心理状态与社会支持,尤其是主观支持具有明显相关性,临床应加大对患者的社会支持力度,提高心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between mental state and social support level in elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease, and to provide reference for psychological intervention in elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods 114 elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseases from October 2016 to March 2017 were selected by a simple random sampling method. Self rating anxiety scale (SAS), self rating Depression scale (SDS), positive and negative emotion scale (PANASS), Chinese elderly subjective Well-being scale (CESWS) were used to evaluate the psychological status of the subjects, and social support scale (SSRS) was used to evaluate the social support level of the subjects. The correlation between them was evaluated by Pearson correlation analysis. Results in elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseases, the scores of SAS were 67.34 卤5.43 and 52.37 卤4.87, respectively. The scores of PANAS positive emotion were 23.45 卤4.38, negative emotion was 29.54 卤4.21, life satisfaction was 30.36 卤7.65), family aptitude was 17.34 卤3.23, objective support was 8.23 卤3.26), the scores of self-satisfaction were 24.27 卤4.43, 30.36 卤7.65, 17.34 卤3.23, and 8.23 卤3.26, respectively, the scores of life satisfaction were 30.36 卤7.65, the scores of family aptitude were 17.34 卤3.23, the scores of negative emotion were 29.54 卤4.21, the scores of life satisfaction were 30.36 卤7.65, the scores of objective support were 8.23 卤3.26). The scores of subjective support and subjective support were 12.32 卤5.32, 7.03 卤2.11 and 25.49 卤6.23 respectively, the scores of SDS, negative emotion score and subjective support score were -0.563-0.573 and -0.537-0.602, respectively. Family sense of fitness, life satisfaction score and subjective support score (r = 0.614 / 0. 403N / 0.416 / 0.446) and total score (r = 0. 517 / 0. 424 / 0. 421 / 0. 416) were positively correlated (P = 0. 01), only self-satisfaction was positively correlated with objective support score (r-0. 312 / P 0. 05). Conclusion there is a significant correlation between mental state and social support, especially subjective support in elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseases.
