MSCT-VRT-MPR在Binswanger病的应用

【摘要】:目的:探讨MSCT-VRT-MPR在轴位的基础上,重建矢状位、冠状位及任意位多方位观察,评价VRT优势重新认识Binswanger病的CT表现。方法:采用容积再现技术(volume rendering technique VRT)-多平面重建(multi-planner reconstruction MPR)后处理技术,通过冠状位、矢状位、任意位及负像等方位,最佳角度、最大范围显示侧脑室额角、枕角及侧脑室体周围脑白质脱髓鞘改变,突出了"鸡冠征"、"月晕征"直观效果。结果:163例采用Goto推荐的分型标准分型:Ⅰ型0例,占0.00%;Ⅱ型66例,占40.49%;Ⅲ型97例,占59.51%。合并脑梗死18例,占11.04%,脑出血13例,占7.98%,163例均有不同程度的多发性腔隙性脑梗死与脑萎缩。结论:CT-VRT-MPR图像后处理对BD的脑白质脱髓鞘改变,具有数据与诊断信息量倍增,轴、冠、矢状位显示"鸡冠征"、"月晕征"更具体,更形象,具有临床实际应用与推广价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the CT features of Binswanger disease by reconstructing sagittal, coronal and arbitrary position of MSCT-VRT-MPR on the basis of axial position. Methods: volume rendering technique VRTG-multiplanar reconstruction multi-planner reconstruction (MPR) post-processing technique was used to display the frontal angle of lateral ventricle in the best angle by coronal, sagittal, arbitrary and negative orientation. The change of white matter demyelination in occipital angle and lateral ventricular body highlights the visual effect of "chicken crown sign" and "moon halo sign".
