影响后循环脑梗死预后的相关因素分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨后循环脑梗死预后的相关影响因素。方法连续前瞻性登记112例经临床和影像学证实的后循环脑梗死患者的临床资料与相关危险因素并随访6个月,根据Rankin量表(modified Rankin Scale,mRS)评分将患者分为预后良好组(mRS评分≤2分)和预后不良组(mRS评分≥3分),运用Logistic回归分析这些因素与预后的相关关系。结果112例后循环脑梗死患者中,预后良好者82例,严重致残者27例,死亡3例。多因素分析结果显示:2组比较后,预后不良组,入院时NIHSS评分高、高同型半胱氨酸血症、高脂血症、呼吸系统感染、混合组病变、血管病变严重者提示预后不良。结论入院时NIHSS评分高、高同型半胱氨酸血症、高脂血症、梗死伴发呼吸系统感染及多组病变者、血管病变严重者与预后相关。
