Lokomat机器人康复训练对亚急性脊髓联合变性患者下肢功能的影响

【摘要】:1目的探讨Lokomat机器人康复训练对亚急性脊髓联合变性患者下肢功能的影响。2方法将32例亚急性脊髓联合变性患者随机分为对照组(17例)与康复组(15例)。对照组进行基础治疗,未接受系统的康复训练;康复组在基础治疗基础上进行Lokomat机器人康复训练。于治疗前、治疗8周后对患者髋、膝关节的能量及支撑力矩、摆动力矩进行测定比较。3结果治疗前两组髋、膝关节的能量及支撑力矩、摆动力矩差异均无统计意义(P0.05);治疗8周后,康复组髋、膝关节的能量、支撑力矩、摆动力矩均优于对照组,差异有统计意义(P0.05)。4结论 Lokomat机器人康复训练方法可以增加亚急性脊髓联合变性患者下肢运动过程中髋、膝关节的能量及支撑、摆动力矩,提高步行功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Lokomat robot rehabilitation training on lower limb function in patients with subacute spinal cord syndromes degeneration. Methods 32 patients with subacute spinal cord degeneration were randomly divided into control group (n = 17) and rehabilitation group (n = 15). The control group received basic treatment without systematic rehabilitation training, while the rehabilitation group received Lokomat robot rehabilitation training on the basis of basic treatment. Before and after 8 weeks of treatment, the energy and supporting torque of the hip and knee joint were measured and compared. 3 results the energy and supporting torque of the hip and knee joint in the two groups before treatment were measured and compared. After 8 weeks of treatment, the energy, support torque and swing torque of hip and knee joint in rehabilitation group were better than those in control group. Conclusion the rehabilitation training method of Lokomat robot can increase the energy and support of the hip and knee joint during the lower extremity movement in patients with subacute spinal cord syndromes degeneration and improve the walking function.
