BrainHQ视觉训练对脑卒中患者执行功能障碍的康复效果

【摘要】：目的探讨Brain HQ视觉训练对脑卒中患者执行功能障碍的康复效果。方法脑卒中执行功能障碍患者72例随机分为对照组和干预组各36例,对照组进行常规康复,干预组在此基础上加用Brain HQ视觉训练,每次30 min,5次/w,共4 w。干预前及干预4 w后,分别采用执行缺陷综合征行为学评价(BADS)进行执行功能评测。结果两组干预前BADS评分无显著差异(P0.05),干预4 w后,干预组较对照组BADS各项子测验及总标准分均显著提高(P0.01或P0.05)。结论 Brain HQ视觉训练可改善脑卒中患者的执行功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of brain HQ visual training on executive dysfunction in stroke patients. Methods Seventy-two patients with executive dysfunction of stroke were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 36) and intervention group (n = 36). The control group received routine rehabilitation. The intervention group was given brain HQ visual training for 30 minutes and 5 times per week for 4 ws. Before and 4 weeks after intervention, executive function was evaluated by behavioral evaluation of executive defect syndrome (ADSs). Results there was no significant difference in Bads scores between the two groups before intervention. After 4 weeks of intervention, the scores of Bads subtests and total standard scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.01 or P 0.05). Conclusion brain HQ visual training can improve the executive function of stroke patients.
