【摘要】：正患者,男,17岁,吉林市人,因双下肢疼痛伴无力9 d,加重伴排尿困难3 d于2016年1月4日入院。患者9 d前无明显诱因出现双下肢及腰背部疼痛,伴双下肢无力,尚能行走。3 d前出现排尿困难需留置尿管,双下肢无力加重伴活动障碍,为求进一步治疗入我院。病程中有发热,体温最高38.5℃。既往:体健,家中养羊、鹿。体格检查:体温38.8℃,双上肢
[Abstract]:A 17-year-old male, from Jilin City, was admitted to hospital on January 4, 2016 because of pain in both lower limbs with weakness for 9 days and aggravated with dysuria for 3 days. There was no obvious inducement for the patients to have lower extremity and lower back pain before 9 days, accompanied by weakness of both lower extremities, and the dysuria before walking for 3 days needed indwelling urethral catheter. The weakness of both lower extremities aggravated with disturbance of movement. In order to further treat the patients, the patients were admitted to our hospital for further treatment. Fever occurred in the course of the disease, and the highest temperature was 38.5 鈩，
