【摘要】：脑卒中作为常见的脑血管疾病，以其高死亡率及致残率严重威胁着人类健康，，如何减少脑卒中后病人死亡率及致残率显得尤为重要。研究表明卒中后大约有10%患者死于肺栓塞，肺栓塞的栓子通常来源于下肢深静脉血栓。故预防卒中后下肢深静脉血栓形成可以减少脑卒中患者死亡率及致残率。目前用于预防卒中后下肢深静脉血栓形成的方法有：及早活动、使用弹力袜、抗凝及抗血小板聚集治疗、气压治疗。均存在疗效不确切或不同程度副作用而限制临床应用。选择何种有效治疗手段预防卒中后下肢深静脉血栓的形成使患者获得净收益显得尤为重要。本文就脑卒中后下肢深静脉血栓形成的定义、发生机制及各种防卒中后下肢深静脉血栓形成的方法、优缺点进行综述。
[Abstract]:Stroke, as a common cerebrovascular disease, is a serious threat to human health because of its high mortality and disability rate. How to reduce the mortality and disability rate of patients after stroke is particularly important. Studies have shown that about 10% of post-stroke patients die of pulmonary embolism, which is usually derived from deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities. Prevention of deep venous thrombosis after stroke can reduce the mortality and disability rate of stroke patients. At present, the methods used to prevent deep venous thrombosis after stroke are: early exercise, use of elastic socks, anticoagulant and antiplatelet aggregation therapy, pneumatic therapy. The clinical application was limited by the inaccuracy of curative effect or side effect of different degree. It is very important to choose effective treatment to prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremities after stroke. This article reviews the definition of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremities after stroke, its mechanism, various methods of preventing deep vein thrombosis after stroke, and its advantages and disadvantages.
