中文版头痛管理自我效能感简式量表的信效度研究

【摘要】：目的翻译头痛管理自我效能感简式量表(HMES-SF),评价中文版HMES-SF的信效度。方法采用便利抽样法选取2015年11月—2016年6月在漯河市中心医院神经内科住院治疗的头痛患者132例作为研究对象。按照量表翻译模式,对英文版HMES-SF进行汉化、文化调适,并将中文版HMES-SF应用于头痛患者,检验其信效度。结果中文版HMES-SF整体内容效度指数(CVI)为0.893,各条目水平的CVI为0.841~1.000;因子分析共提取2个公因子,2个公因子分别命名为头痛缓解策略(3个条目)和头痛控制策略(3个条目),各条目在其公因子上的因子载荷均0.400。中文版HMES-SF的Cronbach'sα系数为0.829,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数为0.817、0.841(P0.01);分半信度系数r=0.764(P0.01);重测信度为0.812(P0.01),各维度的重测信度为0.796、0.828(P0.01)。结论中文版HMES-SF具有良好的信效度,可以用其评价我国患者的头痛管理自我效能感。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of headache management self-efficacy scale (HMES-SF). Methods 132 headache patients who were hospitalized in Department of Neurology Luohe Central Hospital from November 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects. The Chinese version of HMES-SF was applied to headache patients to test its reliability and validity. Results the overall content validity index (CVI) of the Chinese version of HMES-SF was 0.893, and the CVI of each item level was 0.841 / 1.000. Two common factors were extracted by factor analysis, which were named headache mitigation strategy (3 items) and headache control strategy (3 items). Each entry has a factor load of 0.400 on its common factor. The Cronbachs 伪 coefficient of Chinese version HMES-SF was 0.829, the Cronbachs 伪 coefficient of each dimension was 0.817 ~ 0.841 (P0.01), the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.764 (P0.01), the test-retest reliability was 0.812 (P0.01), and the retest reliability of each dimension was 0.7960.828 (P0.01). Conclusion the Chinese version of HMES-SF has good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the headache management self-efficacy of Chinese patients.
