RhoA在颅内海绵状血管瘤中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的:检测RhoA在颅内海绵状血管瘤组织和正常脑血管组织中的表达。 材料和方法:运用免疫组化SP法检测颅内海绵状血管组织和正常脑血管组织中石蜡切片RhoA的表达情况,通过RT-PCR法检测颅内海绵状血管瘤患者RhoA基因表达。 结果:免疫组化SP法检测在正常脑组织血管中和颅内海绵状血管瘤组织中RhoA表达存在差异性,合并出血与未合并出血海绵状血管瘤组织中存在差异性,单个病变直径≥2.5cm组和单个病变直径2.5cm组存在差异性。病变位于幕上或幕下则无差异性。RhoA mRNA在正常脑组织血管和CCM组织中表达有差异性,病变部位血管的破裂出血可使RhoA基因表达较病变部位未出血的RhoA基因表达升高。RhoA基因的表达在单个病变直径大于等于2.5cm中较单个病变直径小于2.5cm中要升高。 结论:RhoA在颅内海绵状血管瘤中明显比在正常脑组织血管中表达高,RhoA的表达上调是颅内海绵状血管瘤的一个特征,且随着病灶的直径增加,以及伴有出血,RhoA的表达还会增高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of RhoA in intracranial cavernous hemangioma and normal cerebral vascular tissue. Materials and methods: immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of RhoA gene in intracranial cavernous vascular tissue and normal cerebral vascular tissue, and RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of RhoA gene in intracranial cavernous hemangioma. Results: immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the difference of RhoA expression in the blood vessels of normal brain tissues and intracranial cavernous hemangioma tissues, and the difference between complicated hemorrhage and non-hemorrhage cavernous hemangioma tissues.
