【摘要】：正梅-罗综合征(MRS)是神经系统罕见疾病之一,主要以反复发作的周围性面瘫、口面部肿胀和裂纹舌三主征为主要临床表现~([1]),现报告1例如下。1病例男,25岁,学生,未婚。因"交替性双侧面瘫3年,口面部水肿6个月"于2015年2月13日入院。患者2013年5月无明显诱因出现右侧额纹、鼻唇沟变浅,右侧眼睑闭合不全,右侧口角低垂,无耳鸣、听力下降及肢体活动障碍。外院头颅MRI检查未见明显异常,给予糖皮质激素、改善循环、营
[Abstract]:Zhengmei-Luo syndrome (Mrs) is one of the rare diseases of the nervous system. Its main clinical manifestations are recurrent peripheral facial paralysis, swelling of mouth and face and cracked tongue. The patient was admitted to hospital on February 13, 2015 because of 3 years of alternating bilateral facial paralysis and 6 months of oral and facial edema. In May 2013, there was no obvious inducement to present right frontal stria, shallow nasolabial sulcus, incomplete right eyelid, low right angle of mouth, no tinnitus, hearing loss and limb dysfunction. No obvious abnormality was found in cranial MRI examination in the external hospital. Glucocorticoid was given to improve circulation.
