氢溴酸樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中的分层诊断与病例报道

【摘要】：正1病例简介患者,男性,65岁,以"突发头晕伴头部胀痛2 d,加重1 h"为主诉于2016-07-20入院。患者入院前2 d无明显诱因突然出现头晕伴头部胀痛,视物旋转,呈持续状态,活动颈部后加重,闭眼后稍缓解,自测血压为:197/103 mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133 k Pa),口服降压药物后(具体用药不详),症状稍好转。入院前1 h,头晕头痛症状较前明显加重,无胸闷
[Abstract]:A brief introduction of case 1, male 65 years old, with "sudden dizziness with head pain 2 days, aggravated 1 hour" as the main complaint in 2016-07-20 admission. There was no obvious inducement for dizziness with head distended pain, visual rotation, continuous state, aggravation after moving neck, and slight relief after closing eyes, 2 days before admission, the patient had no obvious inducement. The self-measured blood pressure was 10: 197 / 103 mm Hg (1mm Hg 0.133 KPA). After oral administration of antihypertensive drugs, the symptoms improved slightly. 1 hour before admission, the symptoms of dizziness and headache were more severe than before, and there was no chest tightness.
