α-内收蛋白基因rs4963多态性与脑出血的关系

【摘要】：目的研究α-内收蛋白基因rs4963多态性与脑出血的关系。方法对甘肃地区238例脑出血患者和240例健康对照者应用血液基因组DNA提取试剂盒方法检测α-内收蛋白基因rs4963多态性,分析比较脑出血病例组和对照组rs4963多态性的分布差异。结果病例组和对照组α-内收蛋白基因rs4963基因型分布、等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。按性别分层后,病例组与对照组基因型分布和等位基因频率差异仍无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论甘肃地区α-内收蛋白基因rs4963多态性与脑出血无关联。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between 伪-adducin gene rs4963 polymorphism and intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods the polymorphisms of 伪 -adducin gene rs4963 were detected in 238 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and 240 healthy controls by using the blood genomic DNA-extraction kit. The distribution of rs4963 polymorphism in ICH patients was analyzed and compared with that in control group. Results there was no significant difference in genotype distribution and allele frequency of 伪 -adducin gene rs4963 between case group and control group (P0.05). After stratification by sex, there was no significant difference in genotype distribution and allele frequency between the case group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion there is no association between 伪-adducin gene rs4963 polymorphism and intracerebral hemorrhage in Gansu.
