基质金属蛋白酶-9与缺血性脑损伤的研究进展

【摘要】:基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一类含有锌原子结合位点的蛋白酶家族,能够对细胞外基质(ECM)成分进行降解。在大鼠中,MMPs家族包含28个成员。MMP-9与其同源基因MMP-2是MMPs家族的重要成员,属于明胶酶类,能够降解ECM成分中的Ⅳ型胶原。研究显示,MMP-9参与脑局部缺血后中枢和周围神经系统功能的恢复,高压氧治疗能够调节MMP-9的表达。本文对MMP-9的结构、MMP-9在缺血再灌注损伤及高压氧(HBO)治疗中的作用作一综述。
