Nrf-2在一氧化碳中毒性脑损伤发病机制中的作用研究进展

【摘要】:一氧化碳中毒后的急性脑损伤和迟发型脑病严重影响患者的预后及生存质量。高压氧作为临床治疗一氧化碳中毒性脑损伤的主要方法争议颇多,而一氧化碳中毒性脑损伤的发病机制目前也尚未明确。核因子红细胞2相关因子2(Nrf-2)的激活可能对一氧化碳中毒引发的炎症、凋亡等发挥较好的治疗作用。因此,研究Nrf-2在一氧化碳中毒性脑损伤发病机制中的作用可为一氧化碳中毒后急性脑损伤和迟发型脑病的靶向治疗提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Acute brain injury and delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning seriously affect the prognosis and quality of life. Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) is the main method for the treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning brain injury, and the pathogenesis of carbon monoxide poisoning brain injury is not clear. Activation of nuclear factor erythrocyte 2 related factor 2 (Nrf-2) may play a better role in the treatment of inflammation and apoptosis induced by carbon monoxide poisoning. Therefore, the study of the role of Nrf-2 in the pathogenesis of carbon monoxide poisoning may provide a new approach for the targeted treatment of acute brain injury and delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning.
