胶质瘤组织中microRNA-200a的表达及其与患者预后的关系

【摘要】：目的:探讨胶质瘤组织中microRNA-200a的表达及其在预测胶质瘤患者预后中的价值。方法:采用RTPCR方法检测63例胶质瘤及14例正常脑组织中microRNA-200a的表达水平。结果:胶质瘤组织中microRNA-200a的表达水平高于正常脑组织中的表达水平(P0.001)。胶质瘤组织中microRNA-200a的表达水平与胶质瘤组织学分级有关(P0.001),而与患者年龄、性别、KPS评分、肿瘤直径等均无关(P均0.05)。microRNA-200a高表达的胶质瘤患者死亡风险较低表达的胶质瘤患者高(P0.001)。结论:microRNA-200a在胶质瘤组织中表达增高,可作为评价胶质瘤预后的独立因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of microRNA-200a in glioma tissues and its value in predicting the prognosis of glioma patients. Methods: RTPCR was used to detect the expression of microRNA-200a in 63 cases of glioma and 14 cases of normal brain tissue. Results: the expression of microRNA-200a in gliomas was higher than that in normal brain tissues (P0. 001). The expression of microRNA-200a in glioma tissues was related to the histological grade of gliomas (P0. 001), but not to the age, sex and diameter of gliomas (P 0. 05). The death risk of glioma patients with high expression of microRNA-200a was higher than that of glioma patients with low expression of microRNA-200a (P0. 001). Conclusion the increased expression of microRNA-200a in glioma tissue may be an independent factor for evaluating the prognosis of glioma.
