【摘要】：正心脑血管疾病是世界范围内严重危害中老年人健康的一类临床常见疾病,因治疗效果不理想且缺乏有效的早期诊断和预警方法,已成为致死率和致残率最高的一类疾病[1~2]。目前,其发病机制虽然尚未得到充分阐释,但炎症因素被认为在其发病过程中起着关键的作用,大量与其发病相关的炎症因子被陆续报道。生长分化因子-15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF-15)为转化生长因子-β超家族的
[Abstract]:Cardio-cerebrovascular disease is a kind of common clinical disease which seriously endangers the health of the middle and old people in the world. Because of the unsatisfactory therapeutic effect and the lack of effective early diagnosis and early warning method, it has become the first class disease with the highest mortality and disability rate [1 / 2]. At present, its pathogenesis has not been fully explained, but inflammatory factors are considered to play a key role in its pathogenesis, and a large number of inflammatory factors related to its pathogenesis have been reported one after another. Growth differentiation factor -15 (growth differentiation factor-15 GDF-15 is a superfamily of transforming growth factor- 尾 (TGF- 尾).
