【摘要】:正远端肢体缺血预处理(remote limb ischemic preconditioning,LRP,RLIP)是指通过间断的非致死量的远端肢体缺血刺激来诱导大脑的缺血耐受,从而在后期脑缺血事件中尽可能的保护神经元,减少神经细胞凋亡及坏死,减轻脑水肿,改善预后的一种干预措施~([1~4])早在1945年时,便已经有科学家
