眼动脉经颅多普勒对颅内静脉窦血栓患者颅内压变化的预测研究

【摘要】:目的探讨眼动脉经颅多普勒(TCD)对颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)患者颅内压变化的预测研究。方法临床确诊为CVST,且伴有视觉障碍和双眼视乳头水肿患者。分别于治疗前、治疗后5~15 d和治疗后30~45 d行眼动脉TCD后立即行腰穿记录颅内压值(ICP)。通过眼动脉颅内和颅外段搏动指数(PI),计算搏动指数变化率(△PI),并进行相应时段ICP与△PI之间相关性分析。结果在治疗前、治疗后5~15 d和治疗后30~45 d相应时段ICP与△PI之间均有相关性,P值均为0.000。结论眼动脉颅内和颅外段搏动指数变化率可作为预测CVST患者颅内压变化的一种无创指标。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the prediction of intracranial pressure in patients with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) by transcranial Doppler (TCD) (TCD). Methods CVST was diagnosed clinically with visual impairment and binocular papillary edema. Intraocular pressure (ICP).) was recorded by lumbar puncture immediately before treatment, 5 days after treatment and 30 days after 45 days of treatment. The rate of change of pulsatile index (PI),) was calculated by intracranial and extracranial pulsatile index (PI),) of the ophthalmic artery and the correlation between ICP and Pi in the corresponding period was analyzed. Results before treatment, at 15 days after treatment and 30 days after treatment, there was a correlation between ICP and Pi (P = 0.000). Conclusion the change rate of intracranial and extracranial pulsatile index of ophthalmic artery can be used as a noninvasive index to predict the change of intracranial pressure in patients with CVST.
