肌萎缩性侧索硬化患者粒细胞集落刺激因子的水平

【摘要】:目的检测肌萎缩性侧索硬化(ALS)患者脑脊液(CSF)和血清中粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)的水平变化,分析这些集落刺激因子水平与各种临床参数的相关性。方法从65例ALS患者(ALS组)和62例非炎症性神经疾病(NIND)患者(NIND组)中,分别检测脑脊液和血清标本中G-CSF、GM-CSF水平。统计患者的病程、ALS功能评分量表(ALSFRS-r)评分并计算疾病进展率(DPR),分别检测脑脊液和血清标本中G-CSF、GM-CSF水平。所有标本通过ELISA酶联免疫吸附法测量。统计工作由Prism软件完成。结果与NIND组相比,ALS组患者脑脊液中G-CSF和GM-CSF的水平相对于血清中的G-CSF和GM-CSF水平显著增加,与病程和DPR呈正相关。CSF中的G-CSF和GM-CSF与疾病进展呈正相关。结论脑脊液中G-CSF和GM-CSF水平的临床测量有益于ALS的疾病分化和进展评估。脑脊液中的G-CSF和GM-CSF水平比血清中的可靠性更高,对疾病诊断和进展具有潜在的临床意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the levels of granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum of patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The correlation between these colony stimulating factor levels and various clinical parameters was analyzed. Methods G-CSF levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum were measured in 65 patients with ALS (ALS group) and 62 patients with non-inflammatory neuropathy (NIND group). The disease progression rate (DPR),) was calculated and G-CSF GM-CSF levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum samples were measured by using the course of disease scale (ALSFRS-r) and the disease progression rate (DPR),). All specimens were measured by ELISA enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The statistical work is completed by Prism software. Results compared with NIND group, the levels of G-CSF and GM-CSF in CSF were significantly higher than those in serum G-CSF and GM-CSF, and were positively correlated with the course of disease and DPR. G-CSF and GM-CSF in CSF were positively correlated with disease progression. Conclusion the clinical measurement of G-CSF and GM-CSF levels in cerebrospinal fluid is helpful to evaluate the disease differentiation and progression of ALS. The levels of G-CSF and GM-CSF in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) are more reliable than those in serum, which has potential clinical significance for disease diagnosis and progression.
