脑卒中后便秘治疗进展

【摘要】：正1引言近年来,由于人们饮食、生活习惯越来越差,导致脑卒中发病率逐年攀升。据报道,20世纪80年代,以脑卒中为疾病诊断结果而出院的患者仅1万,到2008年已超过200万,在不到30a的时间中,脑卒中的发病人数显著增加。脑卒中患者在疾病治疗期间,由于饮食、活动及精神与发病前有明显改善,病后极易并发便秘。脑卒中后便秘是脑卒中后新发或在原来基础上加重的便秘,是脑卒中患者常见的并发
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to people's diet and living habits, the incidence of stroke is increasing year by year. It is reported that in the 1980s, only 10, 000 patients were discharged from the hospital with stroke as the result of disease diagnosis. By 2008, the number of patients discharged from the hospital had exceeded 2 million. In less than 30 years, the number of stroke patients increased significantly. Patients with stroke are prone to constipation after stroke because of the obvious improvement of diet, activity, and spirit before the onset of the disease. Constipation after stroke is a new or aggravated constipation after stroke, which is a common complication in stroke patients.
