对颅内动脉瘤患者进行介入治疗的效果评析

【摘要】：目的 :探讨对颅内动脉瘤患者进行介入治疗的临床效果。方法 :抽选近期内我院收治的40例颅内动脉瘤患者作为本次研究的对象。为这40例患者均应用介入疗法进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比这些患者Rankin量表的评分、围治疗期并发症的发生率和进行介入治疗的效果。结果 :在进行治疗前,这40例患者Rankin量表的评分平均为(4.15±0.85)分。在治疗结束后,这些患者Rankin量表的评分平均为(1.23±0.18)分。与进行治疗前相比,这些患者进行治疗后其Rankin量表的评分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=21.2553,p=0.0000)。在进行介入治疗期间,这40例患者中有2例患者发生了脑血栓,有2例患者发生了动脉瘤破裂,有1例患者发生了脑积水。这些患者围治疗期并发症的发生率为12.50%(5/40)。在治疗结束后,对这40例患者进行半年的随访发现,有1例患者出现了病情复发的情况,其病情的复发率为2.50%(1/40)。结论 :对颅内动脉瘤患者进行介入治疗的临床效果确切,能够有效地改善其生活质量,且安全性较高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of interventional therapy for intracranial aneurysms. Methods: 40 patients with intracranial aneurysms in our hospital were selected. All the 40 patients were treated with interventional therapy. After treatment, the scores of Rankin scale, the incidence of perioperative complications and the effect of interventional therapy were compared. Results: before treatment, the average score of Rankin scale was (4.15 卤0.85). At the end of the treatment, the average score of the Rankin scale was (1.23 卤0.18). After treatment, the scores of Rankin were significantly lower in these patients than before treatment (t = 21.2553, P = 0.0000). During interventional therapy, 2 of the 40 patients had cerebral thrombosis, 2 had ruptured aneurysms and 1 had hydrocephalus. The incidence of perioperative complications in these patients was 12.50% (5 / 40). At the end of the treatment, the 40 patients were followed up for half a year. The recurrence rate of one patient was 2.50% (1 / 40). Conclusion: interventional therapy for intracranial aneurysms is effective in improving the quality of life and safety.
