微创清除颅内血肿降低病灶周围组织谷氨酸水平及BBB通透性
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma on the level of glutamate (Glu), the permeability of blood-brain barrier (BBB) and brain edema in perifocal brain tissue. Methods the (ICH) model of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage was made in 30 rabbits with body mass 2.80~3.40kg. After the establishment of the model, the model was divided into two groups: the control group (MC group) and the minimally invasive group (MI group). The minimally invasive intracerebral hematoma clearance was performed by stereotactic instrument within 6 hours after the establishment of the model in the control group (MC group) and the minimally invasive group (MI group). Brain tissue was extracted at 1: 3 and 7 days after operation. The permeability and water content of Glu in brain tissue around hematoma were measured and compared with those in control group. Results the level of Glu in the brain tissue around hematoma in MI group was significantly lower than that in MC group on the 1st and 7th day after operation (P0.05). Conclusion minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma is beneficial to reduce the permeability and water content of Glu around the hematoma.
