小儿脑性瘫痪经早期音乐配合综合康复治疗的临床效果

【摘要】：目的对早期音乐配合综合康复治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床疗效进行探讨。方法择取我院在2015年1月至2016年1月所收治的50例小儿脑性瘫痪进行研究,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和治疗组,每组25例。对照组患儿给予综合康复治疗,治疗组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上再给予早期音乐疗法,观察两组患儿临床疗效以及治疗前后各领域值的改善情况。结果治疗组6个月后患儿智能正常率占28.00%,明显优于对照组的12.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患儿治疗前精细运动与大运动比较均无统计学意义(P0.05);两组患儿治疗后均明显改善。治疗组患儿治疗6个月后精细运动与大运动值与对照组比较,改善更明显,差异存在统计学意义(P0.05);两组患儿治疗前社交行为、语言以及适应能力值比较均无统计学意义(P0.05);两组患儿治疗后均明显改善。治疗组患儿治疗6个月后社交行为、语言以及适应能力值同对照组比较,明显改善,差异具统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对小儿脑性瘫痪应用早期音乐配合综合康复治疗,不仅临床疗效显著,且还能改善患儿各领域值,如社交行为、大运动、适应能力、语言、精细运动等。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical effect of early music combined with comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children. Methods Fifty children with cerebral palsy from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into control group (n = 25) and treatment group (n = 25). The children in the control group were given comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, and the children in the treatment group were given early music therapy on the basis of the treatment group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the improvement of each field value before and after treatment were observed. Results after 6 months, the normal rate of intelligence in the treatment group was 28.00, which was significantly better than that in the control group (12.00), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the fine motor and large motor value of the treatment group improved more significantly after 6 months of treatment (P0.05); the social behavior of the two groups before treatment, There was no significant difference in language and adaptability between the two groups (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the social behavior, language and adaptability of children in the treatment group improved significantly after 6 months of treatment (P0.05). Conclusion the application of early music combined with comprehensive rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy not only has a significant clinical effect, but also can improve the children's values in various fields, such as social behavior, large motor, adaptive ability, language, fine movement and so on.
