血管生长因子和基质结构蛋白在脑血管畸形中的表达差异性研究

【摘要】:目的:研究血管生长因子和基质结构蛋白在脑畸形血管中的表达差异性,为脑血管畸形生物学行为的理解和新的治疗方法的研究提供依据。方法:选择各族脑血管畸形患者(BAVM和CM)与正常相似人群各50例,通过免疫组织化学染色方法检测脑血管畸形标本和正常颞浅动脉标本中血管因子(VEGF、TGF-α)和基质结构蛋白(C-Ⅳ、α-SMA、FN、LN)的表达差异。结果:正常颞浅动脉中VEGF和TGF-α几乎不表达,C-Ⅳ和α-SMA强阳性表达且排列规则整齐,强表达LN而不表达FN。畸形血管中高表达VEGF和TGF-α,而C-Ⅳ和α-SMA表达较弱且结构排列紊乱并伴有无序胶原纤维沉积,富含FN基质而缺乏LN基质。结论:脑血管畸形与正常血管相比血管生长因子、基质结构蛋白表达存在明显差异(P0.001)。脑血管畸形的形成、生长和破裂可能与血管生长因子和基质结构蛋白的构成异常有关。
