【摘要】：正患者男,1岁,以"频繁性呕吐伴行走不稳1月余"为主诉入院。1个月前无明显诱因出现频繁性呕吐,具体次数不详,呕吐物为进食奶粉,量中等,呕吐后患者哭闹减轻,发病后患者精神差,饮食一般,曾多次就诊外院,以"胃肠疾病"诊治(具体不详),上述症状反复发作。后于外院行头颅
[Abstract]:A 1-year-old male was admitted to the hospital with "frequent vomiting accompanied by unstable walking for more than one month".
