头针电刺激合康复训练治疗小脑卒中共济失调临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察头针电刺激联合康复训练治疗小脑卒中共济失调的疗效。方法:将140例小脑卒中共济失调患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各70例,对照组给予基本康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用头针电刺激,每天1次,10次1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗前后采用世界神经病联合会国际合作共济失调量表(ICARS)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Barthel指数(BI)及并发症进行评定。结果:2组治疗后ICARS、BBS与Barthel评分均明显优于治疗前,且观察组改善程度优于对照组;观察组有效率及减少并发症发生率方面均优于对照组。结论:头针电刺激联合康复训练治疗小脑卒中共济失调能明显改善共济失调症状,促进患者平衡能力与日常生活能力的提高,减少并发症的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective:To observe the curative effect of scalp acupuncture electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on cerebellar apoplexy ataxia.Methods:140 patients with cerebellar apoplexy ataxia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given basic rehabilitation training. Results: After treatment, the ICARS, BBS and Barthel scores of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can obviously improve the symptoms of ataxia, promote the improvement of balance ability and daily living ability, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
