原发性颅内平滑肌肉瘤1例

【摘要】：正1病例简介男,72岁。主诉:11 d前突然出现胸闷、全身无力,无胸痛、意识障碍,无恶心、呕吐等其他症状,到当地医院行头颅CT检查发现左颞顶枕叶占位。患者无吸烟、吸毒史,无家族遗传病史。血常规、尿常规检查各项指标正常,肝肾功能、凝血功能未见明显异常。血清学检查人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、EB病毒(EBV)阴性。体格检查无阳性体征。神经系统检查未见明显异常。数字化X线摄影检查示双肺未
[Abstract]:Case profile male, 72 years old. The chief complaint: 11 days before the sudden emergence of chest tightness, general weakness, no chest pain, disturbance of consciousness, no nausea, vomiting and other symptoms, to the local hospital cranial CT examination found that the left temporoparietal occipital lobe occupied. The patient had no history of smoking, drug use and family genetic disease. The indexes of blood routine and urine routine examination were normal, liver and kidney function, coagulation function were not abnormal. Serological examination of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), EB) (EBV) negative. No positive signs were found in the physical examination.
