高频超声在复合性区域疼痛综合征患者肱二头肌长头肌腱及肱骨结节间沟的临床应用

【摘要】：目的探讨高频超声对偏瘫继发复合性区域疼痛综合征患者肱二头肌长头肌腱、肱骨结节间沟在病程变化检测中的临床应用。方法 2013年2月至2015年10月,对本院55例偏瘫继发复合性区域疼痛综合征患者健、患侧肩部肱二头肌长头肌腱厚度、横截面积以及肱骨结节间沟宽度、深度进行测量,并随着临床分期进展进行对照研究。结果健侧与患侧相比,肱二头肌长头肌腱的厚度、横截面积以及结节间沟的宽度、深度在Ⅰ期无显著性差异(P0.05),在Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期时患侧均小于健侧(t2.055,P0.05)。结论高频超声能清晰显示偏瘫继发复合性区域疼痛综合征患者的肱二头肌长头肌腱、肱骨结节间沟,并检测到二者在形态学上的变化,可以为康复治疗提供指导。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical application of high frequency ultrasound in the detection of long head tendon and intertuberous sulcus of humerus in patients with secondary complex regional pain syndrome of hemiplegia. Methods from February 2013 to October 2015, the thickness, cross-sectional area, width and depth of the long head tendon of the biceps brachii muscle in 55 patients with secondary compound regional pain syndrome of hemiplegia were measured.
