急性丘脑卒中患者认知功能障碍与血同型半胱氨酸相关性分析

【摘要】:目的探讨急性丘脑卒中患者认知功能障碍的特点及其与血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的关系。方法随机选取满足入组条件的急性丘脑卒中患者(包括缺血性和出血性卒中)30例作为实验组,30例健康成人作为对照组,分别用简易智能状况测试(MMSE)及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估两组受试者的总体认知功能,并进行Hcy测定,对所测定的结果进行比较。结果急性丘脑卒中的患者总体认知功能、视空间功能、执行功能及记忆功能存在明显损害(P0.05),急性丘脑卒中组血浆Hcy水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论急性丘脑卒中的患者早期即有认知功能障碍,且与血Hcy水平相关,记忆功能的损害较视空间及执行功能更为明显。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of cognitive dysfunction and its relationship with homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with acute thalamic apoplexy. Methods Thirty patients with acute thalamic apoplexy (including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke) and 30 healthy adults were randomly selected as experimental group and control group. The general cognitive function of the two groups was evaluated by simple intelligence status test (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale (MoCA). The Hcy was measured and the results were compared. Results the total cognitive function, visual spatial function, executive function and memory function of patients with acute thalamic apoplexy were significantly impaired (P0.05). The plasma Hcy level in acute thalamic apoplexy group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05). Conclusion the patients with acute thalamic apoplexy have cognitive impairment in the early stage, which is related to the level of blood Hcy. The impairment of memory function is more obvious than that of visual space and executive function.
