【摘要】:正吸气肌力量训练(inspiratory muscles strength training,IMST)是通过对机体吸气过程施加相应的负荷阻力,从而训练以膈肌为主的具有吸气功能的肌肉,以增强肌力和耐力,强化其携氧能力,延迟肌肉疲劳的发生,同时改善心肺功能,促进运动能力的恢复。此种训练方式在心肺康复临床中的应用已超过30年,目前国际康复领域中,吸气肌力量训练的研究重点仍然集中在心肺疾病上~([1]),但随着吸气肌训练在临
[Abstract]:The positive inspiratory muscle strength training (inspiratory muscles strength training,IMST) is to train the diaphragm muscle with inspiratory function by applying the corresponding load resistance to the body during the inspiratory process, so as to enhance muscle strength and endurance and enhance its oxygen carrying capacity. Delay muscle fatigue, improve cardiopulmonary function and promote motor recovery. This training method has been used in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation for more than 30 years. At present, the research focus of inspiratory muscle strength training in international rehabilitation field is still focused on cardiopulmonary diseases, but with inspiratory muscle training in the near future.
