辛伐他汀片联合抗栓胶囊在治疗脑梗死中的应用价值

【摘要】：目的探讨辛伐他汀片联合抗栓胶囊在治疗脑梗死中的临床疗效及价值。方法选取我院90例脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组给予抗栓胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合辛伐他汀片治疗,分别记录两组患者治疗后的总有效率,治疗前、治疗后血脂水平及炎性因子水平,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗6个月后,研究组有效率为91.1%,对照组为73.3%,差异具有统计学意义;两组患者治疗后低密度脂蛋白(LDL),甘油三脂(TG),总胆固醇(TC)及高敏C反应蛋白(CRP)均明显降低,研究组变化幅度高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义;HDL无明显改变,差异无统计学意义。结论辛伐他汀片联合抗栓胶囊可减少脑梗患者的复发,降低血脂,有效预防其他并发症的发生,耐受性好,有效延缓病情,改善预后。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect and value of simvastatin tablet combined with anti-thrombus capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 90 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with anti-thrombus capsule and the study group was treated with simvastatin tablet on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was recorded before and after treatment. After treatment, the level of blood lipid and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results after 6 months of treatment, the effective rate of the study group was 91.1 and that of the control group was 73.3, the difference was statistically significant, the total cholesterol (TC) and Gao Min C-reactive protein (CRP) of low density lipoprotein (LDL),) triglyceride (TG), and Gao Min C reactive protein (CRP) were significantly decreased after treatment. The range of changes in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant, and the HDL had no significant change, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Simvastatin tablets combined with Kangshuan capsule can reduce the recurrence of cerebral infarction patients, reduce blood lipid, prevent other complications, have good tolerance, delay the condition and improve the prognosis.
