缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿血清尿酸、胱抑素水平变化及其与NBNA分值的相关性

【摘要】:目的观察缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿血清尿酸(UA)、胱抑素(Cys C)水平变化,分析二者与新生儿神经行为评估(NBNA)分值的相关性并探讨其意义。方法选择132例HIE患儿为观察组,在其急性期、恢复期采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清UA、Cys C水平,同时行新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)评分。另选择50例健康新生儿为对照组,在出生后3 d同法检测其血清UA、Cys C水平并进行NBNA评分。比较观察组患儿急性期、恢复期及对照组患儿血清UA、Cys C水平。采用Pearson积矩相关分析法分析观察组患儿急性期、恢复期血清UA、Cys C水平与NBNA的相关性。结果观察组患儿急性期、恢复期血清UA、Cys C水平高于对照组新生儿出生后3 d(P均0.05),NBNA评分低于对照组新生儿出生后3 d(P均0.05)。观察组患儿恢复期血清UA、Cys C水平低于急性期(P均0.05),NBNA评分高于急性期(P0.05)。Pearson积矩相关分析结果显示观察组患儿急性期血清UA、Cys C水平与NBNA评分均呈负相关关系,r分别为-0.792、-0.816,P均0.05;恢复期血清UA、Cys C水平与NBNA评分均呈负相关关系,r分别为-0.809、-0.817,P均0.05。。结论 HIE患儿急性期、恢复期血清UA、Cys C水平均较健康新生儿升高,且急性期高于恢复期。HIE患儿急性期、恢复期血清UA、Cys C水平与NBNA评分均呈负相关关系。检测HIE患儿血清UA、Cys C水平有助于评估HIE患儿神经系统功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum (UA), cystatin (Cys C) level in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and to analyze the relationship between the level of serum uric acid (UA), (Cys C) and neurobehavioral evaluation (NBNA) score of neonates, and to explore their significance. Methods 132 children with HIE were selected as the observation group. The serum UA,Cys C level was detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA method in the acute and convalescent stage. Meanwhile, the neonatal behavioral nerve was assessed with (NBNA) score. In addition, 50 healthy newborns were selected as control group. The serum UA,Cys C level and NBNA score were measured with the same method 3 days after birth. The levels of serum UA,Cys C in acute, convalescent and control groups were compared. The correlation between serum UA,Cys C and NBNA was analyzed by Pearson moment correlation analysis. Results the levels of serum UA,Cys C in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the acute and convalescent stages. The), NBNA scores of 3 d (P after birth were lower than those in the control group (0. 05), NBNA). The serum UA,Cys C level in the observation group was lower than that in the acute phase (P < 0. 05). The). Pearson moment correlation analysis showed that the serum UA, level in the observation group was higher than that in the acute phase (P0.05). There was a negative correlation between Cys C level and NBNA score (r = -0.792- 0.816) (P < 0.05). There was a negative correlation between serum UA,Cys C level and NBNA score in convalescent stage, r = -0.809 ~ -0.817 (P < 0.05). Conclusion the levels of serum UA,Cys C in children with HIE were significantly higher than those in healthy neonates in acute and convalescent stages, and were significantly higher in acute stage than in convalescence stage, and there was a negative correlation between serum UA,Cys C level and NBNA score in acute stage and convalescence stage of HIE children. The level of serum UA,Cys C in children with HIE is helpful to evaluate the nervous system function of HIE children.
