基于移动终端的眩晕症诊断系统的开发与研究

【摘要】:眩晕症是一种多发病、常见病,涉及到多个学科,在我国,眩晕症并不是为人所热知的病症,很多人也不重视该病。其实眩晕症在人群中的发病率很高,而且年龄越大发病率越高,其中女性占大多数。眩晕症的临床表现为当头部运动到一定的位置便会出现相应的病症,并且患者会出现特征性的眼球震荡的运动,眼球震荡的运动时间小于1min。医疗人员可以通过分析病人的眼球运动,根据眼震的方向、强度、持续时间、速度、类型对病症进行诊断。 从眩晕症诊断的现状来讲,眩晕症的诊断及设备都还在发展与研究当中,并不是十分的成熟。现有的眩晕诊断系统都是大型设备,使用效果一般且价钱昂贵。随着网络的发展,远程医疗已经是未来医疗发展的一大趋势。针对现有设备的缺点,依托于移动互联网技术,图像处理技术等,我们开发了基于移动终端的眩晕诊断系统。 本文对系统开发过程中所用到的技术手段进行了详细的介绍,包括基于移动端开发和服务器端用到的框架、开发工具、语言等。 在眩晕诊断系统中较为重要的一点是眼球运动的定位分析,本文介绍现有的与眼球定位相关的算法,分析了各个算法的方法及结果,其后分析了人眼图像的特点,采用了适合人眼检测的算法并进行了实验比对。 本文着重叙述了整个系统设计及实现的过程。移动终端的主要功能包括有用户头部方位检测、视频录取、与web service通信等。服务器端则包括有视频处理程序,医生诊断网页平台,文件系统等,采用的开发平台都是目前的主流的开发平台。 目前基于移动终端的眩晕诊断系统在市场还是一个空白,因此该系统既能丰富眩晕诊断的设备市场,也能为医生提供很好的实验平台,为眩晕症的研究工作带来便利。
[Abstract]:Vertigo is a common disease, which involves many subjects. In our country, vertigo is not a well-known disease, and many people do not attach importance to it. The prevalence of vertigo is high in the population, and the higher the incidence of age, the majority of them are women. The clinical manifestation of vertigo is that when the head moves to a certain position, the corresponding symptoms will occur, and the patient will develop characteristic concussion movement, the movement time of eye concussion is less than 1 minute. By analyzing the patient's eye movements, the medical staff can diagnose the disease according to the direction, intensity, duration, speed, and type of nystagmus. From the current situation of vertigo diagnosis, the diagnosis and equipment of vertigo are still under development and research, not very mature. The existing vertigo diagnosis systems are large-scale equipment, generally effective and expensive. With the development of network, telemedicine is a trend of medical treatment in the future. In view of the shortcomings of the existing equipment, we developed a vertigo diagnosis system based on mobile terminal, relying on the mobile Internet technology, image processing technology and so on. In this paper, the technical methods used in the development of the system are introduced in detail, including the framework, development tools, language and so on, which are based on the development of the mobile side and the server side. The more important point in the vertigo diagnosis system is the localization analysis of eyeball movement. This paper introduces the existing algorithms related to eyeball localization, analyzes the methods and results of each algorithm, and then analyzes the characteristics of human eye image. An algorithm suitable for human eye detection is adopted and the experimental results are compared. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the whole system. The main functions of mobile terminal include head orientation detection, video recording, communication with web service, etc. The server includes video processing program, doctor diagnosis web platform, file system and so on. The development platform used is the mainstream development platform at present. At present, the vertigo diagnosis system based on mobile terminal is still a blank in the market, so the system can not only enrich the equipment market of vertigo diagnosis, but also provide a good experimental platform for doctors, and bring convenience to the research work of vertigo.
