【摘要】：正抗Ma2(即副肿瘤相关神经肿瘤抗原的一种)抗体相关脑炎是一种抗细胞内抗原抗体相关的自身免疫性脑炎,除认知功能下降、精神症状和癫痫等边缘叶脑炎(limbic encephalitis,LE)的典型临床表现外,还可有上位脑干和间脑功能障碍的症状,而且多与肿瘤发生密切相关~([1])。血清和(或)脑脊液Ma2-Ab阳性患者常并发肿瘤,最常见于睾丸肿瘤~([2])及
