自噬在帕金森症中的研究进展

【摘要】:自噬是维持正常细胞稳态所必需的一种动态自我降解和再循环过程,其最终目的是通过溶酶体蛋白酶降解底物,清除细胞内异常蛋白质和受损细胞器,维持细胞正常功能。越来越多的研究表明,病理情况下,神经细胞自噬紊乱与帕金森症的发生发展具有密切联系。论文综述了近年来自噬功能紊乱在帕金森症中的研究进展,介绍了帕金森症相关基因与自噬的关系,并讨论了靶向自噬的帕金森症治疗手段。
[Abstract]:Autophagy is a dynamic self-degradation and recirculation process necessary to maintain the homeostasis of normal cells. The ultimate aim of autophagy is to remove abnormal proteins and damaged organelles by lysosomal protease and to maintain the normal function of the cells. More and more studies have shown that neuronal autophagy is closely related to the development of Parkinson's disease. This paper reviews the research progress of autophagy dysfunction in Parkinson's disease in recent years, introduces the relationship between Parkinson's disease related genes and autophagy, and discusses the therapeutic methods of Parkinson's disease targeting autophagy.
